How to Use CIL Services
Follow these simple steps to submit and track your analytical service requests
Submit Service Request
Submit analytical service requests by completing the online request form.
You'll need to provide:
- Project title and purpose
- Selected analytical services
- Sample details and specifications
- Any supporting documents (if required)
Wait for Review & Invoice
After submission, our Lab Manager will review your request.
- Lab Manager reviews your request for feasibility
- If approved, an invoice is issued for selected services
- You'll receive notification when invoice is available
- Check your dashboard for status updates
Payment & Confirmation
Complete invoice payment and upload proof of payment through the portal.
Important Notes:
- Laboratory will NOT begin processing until payment is confirmed
- Only valid and clearly readable payment proofs accepted
- You'll be notified once payment is verified by Lab Manager
Sample Processing & Analysis
After payment confirmation, your samples move to processing stage.
- Your request is assigned to a qualified Lab Technician
- Samples are processed using appropriate analytical methods
- Technician uploads the official analytical report
- You'll receive email/SMS alert when report is ready
Download Analytical Report
Once analysis is completed, access your comprehensive report.
- Report appears under "My Reports" in your dashboard
- Download directly in PDF format
- Reports include detailed methodology and results
